WhenLane is a team scheduling application that turns real team availability into shareable booking pages. Teams use WhenLane to coordinate hosts, prevent scheduling conflicts, and book meetings across time zones.

How WhenLane uses Google Calendar

When a user chooses to connect Google Calendar, WhenLane requests their Google account email, calendar list, free/busy availability, and event permissions. That access is used to let the user choose calendars, prevent scheduling conflicts, and create, update, or remove WhenLane booking events and Google Meet links.
